Our organic butter is made from fresh centrifuged cream obtained from milk produced on organic farms. The animals there graze in fields where synthetic chemicals are not allowed, and they are raised, fed, and cared for according to the established rules of organic farming, and they are subject to testing by organizations recognized by the European Union.
